Annex's central location, stairs.

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to city center and station. 300m to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom on the lower floor with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for bad walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. Karrebæksminde 10 years gl. summerhouse - panoramic sea view. 200 m to sandy beach 700 m to charming harbor environment, restaurants, fish eateries, bakery and other shopping opportunities. 500 meters to the forest. In the living room/kitchen is heating/air conditioning, TV and wood-burning stove. Bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed, in addition a loft with 2 mattresses . In the secluded garden there is: small "summer" guest house with 2 staggered bunks. Outdoor shower, gas grill, mexican oven. Terrace on all sides of the house.

Fuglsanggaard. Private annex in nature.

Separate annex at our countryproperty with a lot of privacy for you. Our place is close to forest and beach. You have the possibility to rent bikes and kayaks nearby. There is 7 km to the cozy town of Præstø with several restaurants, including Frederiksminde (With a Michelin star) sited by the waterfront. 50 minuttes by car to Stevns Klint (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and to Møns Klint too. Cozy cottage.

Small but cozy, farmhouse on idyllic Fejø is rented as a holiday home. The house is equipped with all necessary gear, but it is not a "de-luxe" house. Especially note that there is no wifi, just as the house is mainly equipped with older furniture and old flea finds. There is also no heat pump, underfloor heating or other new-fashioned amenities, so if you are at high comfort, the house here is absolutely nothing for you: -) It's also freezing cold in the winter!

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and staples like oil, sugar, and spices are included in the price. We will send a request for electricity aconto before and settle afterwards. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

Welcome to this cozy and well maintained cottage on 55 m2 with 5 beds. The cottage has a south facing wooden terrace and a screened garden with plenty space for playing/relaxing. The cottage appears bright due to the two skylight windows. One bedroom with double bed and one room with a bunk bed + single bed. New kitchen from 2020 Only 15 min. drive from the old market town Stege which has several of shops, cafés and restaurants.

Quiet, child-friendly surroundings. Large grounds, with trampoline and outdoor fireplace. Renovated within the last 4 years. We have just upgraded the terrace with several m2. There is a 3 person canoe to use. 2 km to kid-friendly beach, shopping opportunities and mini golf course, as well as several great restaurants. Lovely harbor environment. The house is 81 m2. Small separate garden with secluded terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2 pcs. Can by appointment run loose on the entire property. Smoking in the house is not allowed but must be outdoors.
