Apartment house with one larg and cosy living room with fireplace and a folding sofa. There is a nice fully equipped kitchen, two separate rooms, two bathrooms and an amazing large garden with a shared swimming pool and kids playground. There are a few restaurants, shops, bars in the town. Apartmanovy dum s utulnou velkou mistnosti s krbem ( a rozkladacim gaucem), vybavenou kuchyni, dvema oddelenymi pokoji s koupelnami. V lete je moznost vyuzit krasnou zahradu se sdilenym bazenem a hristatkem

Golden View Villa - Great place for vacations

Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. EVERY ONE (adult, child or pet) must pay per night, minimum 4 guests.

Our very comfy and well designed apartment is located in a newly finished property made up to high standards. Apartment is located on the third upper floor with no elevator, pls. Property itself is located in very quite area although in a very attractive part of this popular mountains and ski resorts of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Close to routes to Karpacz, Szklarska, close to Jelenia Gora Hospital it can be perfect holiday base in Karkonosze or if you have to be close to loved one in hospital. Very modern, clean, comfortable with no neighbors sometimes you can be a little louder.
