This is great place for real gourmand, if you are looking for something special like to wake up with a great view on the see and observe it from 22 second floor, so you are welcome!!! The building is finished at 2017,calls 19 purl of Kadorr, so it is completely new, secured with cameras and with personal access, only people from this building has access to this territory. The location is more than the best, as it is near Arcadia, with all their night clubs, restaurants and good places for rest.

A small but very cozy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in the historical center of the city, 15 minutes' walk to Langeron Beach,close to many shops,restaurants and the Music Comedy Theatre. Quatira is suitable for guests with children,as Shevchenko Park,Lunapark and Nemo Dolphinarium are two blocks away. Smoking is only possible on the porch. Guests who break the rules and smoke in the apartment will be charged $20 for general cleaning upon check-out.
