This apartment is situated in best position in Split in such calm area called Zvončac in entrance of nature hill Marjan full of trees and beaches. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. There is private parking in front of the building. 55m2 space with two bedrooms, three beds, bathroom, kitchen and living room + 20m2 of terrace. Apartment is equipped with 50'' TV, Breville coffee machine, and a gas grill on the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine & dryer, hair dryer, shampoo, towels... You are more then welcome to use everything you can find in the apartment.

Slow living apartment is a new, 4 star apartment. It features 1bedroom, 2bathrooms, living room with sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with NETFLIX , dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with sea side views. Apartment is perfectly located, 50 meters from the beach. By uber it takes 10 minutes to the old town. It has beach vibe and mediterranean design. We provide extra baby cot and baby chair for families. We offer a private garage in the building, free of charge.

My place is close to Old town, bars, restaurants, public transport, taxi stand, family-friendly activities, nightlife, post office, ATMs, 24/7 market, gas station, banks, bakery. You’ll love my place because of the views, the huge terrace that overlooks the entire town, the location in the center of town close to all events but at the same time an oasis of peace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
