Convenient Stylish Oasis

From here you can reach Munich's city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as the Oktoberfest easily by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 min. The Allianz Arena is just as easy to get to by public transport. For further excursions we recommend the largest spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park as well as exploring many swimming lakes. Additional information is of course available in the apartment.

Das Chalet ist ein behaglicher Platz für Paare und Familien und grenzt direkt an unserem alten Haus. Ausstattung: SW-Terrasse mit Gartenzugang, kleine Schlafkammer, großes Schlafzimmer, kleine Küche, holzverkleidetes Wohnzimmer vor Panoramafenster, mit separater runden Essecke ganz in Holz. Ruhige Wohnlage inmitten von Gärten. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Kochelsee, der Schiffsanlegestelle, dem Franz Marc Museum. In direkter Nähe gibt es ein breites Freizeit- und Kulturangebot.

Holiday apartment ideal for families with kids

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

"Haus mit See", Sauna, Whirlpool and Games Room

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

A healthy living massive wooden house, valuable, generously cut, with few, high-quality materials clear and minimalist furnishings. You're looking for something in the mountains? Or in Munich? Here, too, we are right in between: quickly in the city and yet quickly in the mountains. The house and shower water is heated with piece of wood, ie you have to heat up yourself.

The house Sunnseitn is located on the sunny side of Innsbruck with magnificent panoramic views. The apartment on the upper floor with 2 large rooms and a fireplace for crackling evenings, as well as an additional conservatory are waiting for you.
