We rent a lovingly renovated, dreamlike apartment with huge terrace, sauna, fireplace, tub, hammock and much more. Perfect for couples. The house from 1913 is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is 200m to the beach, so you can already smell the sea and hear the seagulls at breakfast on the terrace. The apartment does NOT have a TV and an open bathroom without a door. If you don't like that, don't book ;-)

Our beautiful modern app is located in the holiday complex Dünengarten with direct private beach access. The shared apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to one of the terraces. In the cozy living room with pull-out box spring couch, you can also comfortably sleep 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet. From the large bedroom with box spring bed and smart TV, you can reach the sun terrace with sun loungers. The app is our favorite place.

Our exclusive holiday apartment Wellenfunkeln is the ideal place for your Baltic Sea dream holiday. It has a light-filled modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and a direct view of the lake. The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.

Beachfront apartment, sea & promenade

The quiet 56 square meter apartment with underfloor heating is located directly on the promenade, which invites you to stroll, drink coffee and enjoy wonderful food. The lighthouse or beach takes about 1 -2 min walk. The vacation home with a modern bathroom and full household equipment offers a double bed and a sleeping couch for up to 4 people, a cot can be added if needed. Bed linen, towels are included.

The apartment house Nemo is a newly built house. In it, we have designed 6 holiday apartments optimally for families. Apartment 4 "Marlin" is about 70 sqm and is located on the 1st floor. It has a living room in which a kitchen with dining area is cleverly integrated, a large balcony, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a storage room.

We are here at home where the sea lives, watch wide beaches and the seagulls sailing in the wind...just for fun. Deceleration is the magic word in a maritime environment, strolling and shopping at the weekly market every Saturday with regional organic products. A fresh fish bun and feet in the sand and just look over the sea to the horizon...

Experience a quiet and peaceful vacation on Usedom in the seaside resort of Karlshagen The apartment is located about 1.3 km from the finest sandy beach and about 1.2 km from the yacht and fishing port on the edge of the forest in a quiet side street and is an old fire station, which has been lovingly renovated by the landlords.
