Quiet country surroundings with so much natural beauty. Scandinavian-style modern interior the barn has two levels combining elements of comfort and light. The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Welcome to Paruru, our new studio accommodation. A dream location, only five minutes walk to St Clair Beach & its vibrant cafe scene. Just a short walk to bus stops if attending a concert at the stadium. This new build has everything you need for a couple's getaway. Relax & enjoy the view over the rooftops & out to the ocean. Please note we also have a small studio on the same property (Seaside Studio) which can accommodate 2 guests. We are pet friendly but please notify us when bringing a dog. Bedding is required - pets are not allowed on beds. Our property is close to a beautiful beach which is accessed by a private track through dunes. It is 20 minutes from Dunedin's airport and a 15 minutes drive to Dunedin's CBD. Listen to the waves at night and walk the sandy Ocean View beach by day.
