New build luxurious beach house (1) in Varamon Motala

Newly built apartment building with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic countries and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With promenades, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a bay perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

3rok with difficult location

On the historic mill, right between the Göta Canal and Motala stream, you find this newly renovated and fully equipped gem. The guest apartment is spacious and bright with two bedrooms and large living room with sofa bed. The bedrooms each have a workspace. A couple of minutes walk from the port, train station and city center in one way and the cultural area of Old Motala workshop with the event venue Lokverkstan in the other direction. Linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for SEK 100/set.

Beachvillan15m2 i Motala, Varamobaden, Varamon. Lugnt och naturnära vid en 2km söderhavsliknande paradisbeach. En harmonisk atmosfär ska råda här varför partyfolk, skällande hundar och livliga barn vänligen men bestämt får leta vidare. Restauranger och barer hittas via en barfotapromenad längre bort på beachen. Cityliv och hamnliv (Motala) är faktiskt endast 4km bort. Ta med egna sängkläder. Kuddar, täcken och extra madrass finns. Delvis tillgång till 2 stabila havskajaker. Egen altan med grill.

The cottage is located at the edge of the forest in a quiet location in close proximity to a fish-rich lake. From the house entrance you have a wonderful view of the lake where the in-house boat is ready. There are numerous opportunities for anglers and hikers nearby. The house is surrounded by forest and nature with lots of mushrooms and berries. A beautiful swimming lake is reachable in a few minutes' walk. The natural paradise of Harge Uddar can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Private 1700's Mansion House with an english park

A very own 18th-century manor house with an English park. Right next to a nice swimming area (800 meters), access to pool, barbecue area and wood-burning sauna. Vättern offers fantastic fishing waters, kayak trails, excursion destinations, hiking trails, etc. My place is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the cuisine, the homeliness and the view. My accommodation suits couples, families (with children), large groups and four-legged friends (pets).

Newly renovated cottage with shower, toilet and kitchen. Comfortable sofa bed for two adults. Wi-Fi, TV and private parking are included. Distance to the beach is 75m. Two bikes, kayaks and SUPS are available to borrow. A lovely newly built terrace with a cosy lounge group is the icing on the cake. The house has access to its own parking with the possibility to electric the car to an additional cost
