'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. Large 6 berth caravan on ocean edge. dog friendly

Our caravan is situated right next to Heysham port so perfect for the ferry to the Isle of Man. We have space on our plot for 2 cars and even a 3rd would fit easily. Our caravan is a good size with a kingsize bedroom with space for a travel cot and has an en suite bathroom. We have tried to make our lovely caravan homely so you feel at home. We supply bedding, towels & toiletries and have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Entertainment passes can be bought at reception.

Delightful 2 bedroom terrace house with small yard

Bright and cheerful this centrally-located terraced house is only 5 minutes walk from the city centre on a quiet residential street adjacent to our own home.The house is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and living space on the ground floor while upstairs is a lovely, spacious bathroom and two double bedrooms. Up to two dogs are welcome with the canal tow path 3 minutes away on foot for walkies. To the rear is a small fenced yard with seating. This home is not suitable for parties.
