Welcome to our dream home! The moment we saw this house it was a ‘coup de cœur’ and we fell in love with the beautiful stone building, surrounded by vines & beautiful, uninterrupted views of vineyards. We have made this house into a family home & are delighted to be able to share it with you. It is full of period charm, surrounded by vineyards & fully equipped to cater for everything you would want on your holiday. A true home away from home, just minutes from St Emilion & family lake beaches.

It is located in a small hamlet surrounded by grounds, woods and vineyards, close to St Emilion, near river Dordogne. This part of the house is completely private, self contained. During summer months guests have shared use of a large 12 x6m salt water swimming pool, with loungers around and the owners will try not to intrude on your holiday or privacy . 60mins drive from Bordeaux and Bergerac Airport, 21km from Libourne railway stationTGV/LGV, and 12 km from St Emilion.

Small cozy nest, in the countryside between vines and undergrowth Nice modern house, located in a very quiet and green place, fully equipped, kitchen open to living room with private wooded terrace,garden adjoining the accommodation, bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower). Stunning window views of the Montagne vineyard. - 4 restaurants in the village (Mountain 1.5km) - aquatic center 10km away (18 min) - Golf 14 km (18 min) We have a very nice “Galy” dog (Breton spaniel).

Rural French idyll next to the river

With bathing facilities on the river La Dronne lies Le Petit Garcon a charming holiday home. 1.5 hour drive to the Atlantic coast. Excellent wineyards in Pomerol and St Emilion on a 30 min drive. Hiking, golf, tennis, horse riding and cycling. 2 major bathing areas at the bicycle distance from the house. 2 minute walk to the local bakery and restaurants. The house offers a nice garden, several nice patios. Perfect for a family/group of 7-9.
