A lovely appartement on the first floor of a comfortable chalet right at the heart of the village with a large terrace and a stunning view on les Dents Du Midi. One of the cosy corners of the Swiss Valais. Ideal for families and friends all year long.

Two-room "ChezlaCotch" between lake and mountains

For 17 years I have offered the studio "ChezlaCotch" between lake and mountains, to this studio is added (since April 2024) a bedroom that can accommodate two people. The two-room apartment is separated by a common hallway that we only use to access the economat. It is not possible to rent only the room because it is without sanitary facilities. So you understood the bathroom is common. To access it you have to spend in the “studio”, ideal for good friends or family!

The house is located above the village of Villeneuve, in a very quiet area, 20 minutes walk from the train station. A car is highly recommended, we have a parking space. In Villeneuve, the quays, the beach and the nature reserve allow you to enjoy the lake and admire the mountains. In the direction of Montreux, the famous Château de Chillon is worth a visit. Swimming pool in Villeneuve. The Montreux Jazz festival takes place every year in early July.

Charming renovated apartment, on the 1st floor of a 2 apartment cottage. The owners stay in the downstairs apartment. The apartment also has a balcony. The location is ideal in the center of the station, 200 meters from the cable car and train station. The perfect base for walks and village tours. In winter, children can read in the field. Stunning views of the Afternoon Danes. Quiet and sunny location. (Supervision camera outside the chalet.)

Beautiful view to the Dents du midi! For 4 people

Hello :) My apartment has a super charm, in addition it is very local. Only one minute away from the supermarket and the cable car gondola. My apartment is very nicely furnished and also very bright. The bedrooms are big enough and you have a lot of space to store your clothes. The apartment has 3 balconies with beautiful views into the mountains. An outside parking space is also available. The tourist taxes are included in the price.
