Comfy house to feel like home

Es una casita en planta baja, arriba hay dos depas que también se rentan por airbnb que tienen entrada independiente por una reja desde la calle, esta recién remodelada, tiene muchos lugares de interés cerca. El parque de la colonia queda a 30 mts.- Tiene minisplits en las recámaras y abanicos en la sala y cocina comedor.- TIene un pequeño patio que da a la calle y puedes disfrutar el aire libre.-

Simple one-story house, comfortable spaces, it has two air-conditioned rooms, with a king size bed and a double bed, private garage to store the car if you wish. Very quiet area, excellent location to move anywhere in the city. The Accommodation is located near medical areas, and UANL medical school.
