Super clean and sanitized! Disney vacation house, close to Disneyland, Downtown Disney, convention center. very spacious. features 4 beds ( 2 king and 2 bunk beds and an extra floor matress). cable tv, Netflix, amazon prime, Disney+ and a DVD player. Game room with 50 in tv and foosball table, b-ball hoop and lots of board games for the little ones. Two bedroom, two bath New England Cape Cod home. Centrally located to afford all that West Hollywood has to offer. Just blocks from the glamor of Santa Monica Blvd. and the Sunset Strip, and steps from Beverly Hills. Note: City of West Hollywood regulations require that homeowners live on the property while renting a property. We live in a unit in the back of the property. Desirable location, safe friendly neighborhood, 10/15 min drive to manhattan - hermosa, 7 min drive to Riviera Village. My place is good for local staycations, bike rides on the strand, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. 8 miles LAX, house hunting. Property is set up for 2 guests. No outside visitors allowed. Only approved guest can stay or come into the house. The max guest limit is 3. The 3rd guest needs to be approved before they stay.
