Beautiful house with pool & jacuzzi located north of Toulouse, with big deck made of exotic wood, dominating a private lake. The house is surrounded with wide wooded garden (2500m2) A secured parking lot (100m2) is accessible for the guest. The access is a private road, common with 3 other houses. It is very quiet with no direct view on Neighbors. Fabrice & Sophie will be happy to share with their little paradise. The Jacuzzi is optional please contact us.

All the amenities on LAVAUR ,these beautiful regional product markets. Proximity to Toulouse, Albi, Castres, Montagne Noire, Cordes sur ciel and a multitude of picturesque villages.Lautrec, Penne etc…. Located in Verfeil, Cathar city, our house is in the heart of the historic triangle of Pastel, at the gates of the Tarn, the Lauraguais and the Pays Tolosan. Its location will also allow you to discover Toulouse and its surroundings. Thanks to the very quiet and family environment, you will enjoy the garden, the pool, the summer terrace with barbecue and plancha. Our house has all the necessary amenities as we live there all year round.
