Dock has 2 boat lifts that will fit ski, bass boats and pontoons. Will not fit Tritoons! Fish cleaning station with fresh water. The property has a private boat launch. It is a home away from home, that will give you beautiful views and peaceful nights. 4 smart tvs. FYI: Water is back up to pool stage now

Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. Fully furnished and well stocked. Comfortable full size bed in bedroom. Pull out sofa bed in living room. Private area with grill and fire pit. This is well built tiny home with heat/air, washer dryer, vaulted ceilings and satellite TV. There are other units in relatively close proximity. Some are long term rentals and some short term. You will have your own private cooking and hang out area. I do own all the properties in the area and require neighbors to show mutual respect.
