Named Denmark's Lovely Summerhouse 2014

The beautiful Faxe bay and Noret just outside the house set the framework for an absolutely wonderful place. The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceilings, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for families with 2-3 children. All year round you can bathe in the "Swedish hole" ml. Roneklint and the small island Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

Charming townhouse close to water

The small charming townhouse is centrally located in Nysted city, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooking Ålholm Castle. The house is in walking distance to cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is up for walking or biking. At the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small boat harbor, ice cream houses and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

Right by the seaside town of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house that used to belong to the estate of Knuthenborg. Here you can relax with your family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest where wild boar lives. The house, built in 1776, exudes old days in the countryside. Cottage with 10 meters to the water and fantastic panoramic views of Stege Bay towards Lindholm, Møn and Stege. From the house there is 200 meters to public bathing jetty and cozy Kalvehave Harbour with yachts and summer atmosphere. Enjoy quiet mornings with sunrise over the water and lovely barbecue evenings on the large wooden terrace. The house is perfectly located for plenty of excursions nearby, for example. Møns Klint, the unique village of Nyord, cozy Stege or BonBon land.

A. Entire apartment in cozy farmhouse

Relax and enjoy a peacefull stay surrounded by grasing horses and close to bird and seal sanctuary. Take a trip to Møns white cliffs, some of DK’s most beutifull nature or go to CPH, only 1 hour 15 minutes from here. Visit the small towns round the area, all offering restaurants, museums and things to see. We have a dog, she loves people and loves to greet you at arrival.
