Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both on the sea and in the water. Many possibilities for bicycle rides. Great views, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Child-friendly. We are two retired people who love to work in the garden. We are renting out an apartment in our home. We've been doing rentals for almost 30 years. The apartment is 70m2 in quiet surroundings. The apartment is located on the right side. Walk and bike paths to Trondheim city centre, Heimdal city centre, City Syd shopping centre, Granåsen and much more. Elementary school, playground, pizza restaurant and grocery in the immediate vicinity. About 100 yards to bus stop that takes you into the centre.

In beautiful Bakklandet (Free parking)

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is not very fancy, nor ultra modern, but it is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.

Cozy apartment close to the city and the field.

The basement apartment is bright and cosy, with approved escape window in bedrooms.Byåsveien is well trafficked, but indoors it is quiet. Apartment is located just outside the city center, about 35 minutes walk to the city and with very frequent bus departures from stop about 200 meters away. At the same time, it is only a 10 minute walk to Bymarka with miles of hiking trails, ski slopes and several nice bathing waters. Private entrance with key box(code).

New apartment of 55 m2 with two bedrooms. Balanced ventilation. Thermostat in all rooms. Spacious double beds (180 cm width) in both bedrooms. Sofa bed with a width of 140 cm can be raised up to one or two people in addition. Sea view and exit to garden. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with playground and walking areas close by. Short walk to the shop and bus stop. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to downtown.
