Cozy home away from home. Snowbirds welcome! Close to the River. Ample parking for RV/Boat. Amazing backyard with swimming pool, lounging, fire pit, barbecuer, Tiki Hut & seating in the patio. Full laundry room with washer/dryer. Kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, silverware, some spices, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker (coffee & cream). Internet & Smart TV’s in family room & all bedrooms. Central air/heating, fireplace, and reverse osmosis water filter for drinking.

Stunning views of Mountains, River, and Laughlin casinos. King bed! Spacious bathroom, large shower. Kitchenette has full fridge, cooking appliances. Ample parking for toys. Patio fire pit for guests. Convenient parking outside room. Apartment is separated from the main house by a courtyard. * No pets/animals. There are two dogs on the property and the room is used by family members and friends with allergies between guests. * Long term snowbird reservations beginning October.

Welcome to Sundance Retreat! This home has everything right at your fingertips. Available all year round for boating at Lake Mojave or the Colorado River in the Spring/Summer season to taking your UTV's off-roading at all the different trails this area has offer in the Fall/Winter season. Centrally located with close proximity to convenience stores and restaurants. The Laughlin, NV hotel strip is located 15mins away from our home with tons to do for entertainment. Needles is slow paced with access to the mighty Colorado River rarely crowded. There’s lots of sandy beaches and sunshine! Ride bikes around this historic town and check out the sights on Route 66 as well as The El Garces train depot just a few blocks away. Our home has extra street parking if you have a boat in tow. Enjoy food delivery including Route 66 pizza, just three blocks away. We welcome travelers to enjoy a restful stay in this quiet neighborhood just off of the highway.

our guest house is close to casinos,rivers,lake with a wild west ghost town on the property we are 2 minutes from mountain desert trails,we are up in the mountain area of bullhead city,very quiet neighbor hood and safe and scenic at C&M RANCH,bring your boat,rv or desert toys, we have great trail riding,great lakes and rivers and gambling,dining and more,we have no stove but we have a large electric frying pan,double burner hot plate ,microwave,and a large propane BBQ in backyard
