Only want to stay a weekend & have pet, let me know & I will lower the pet fee. 950 square feet double wide manufactured home on 8,712 sq ft lot. 3 bedrooms(note 3 bedroom doesn't have a closet but master closet is a giant walk-in). The place is basic, but comfortable. Proximal to Colorado River. So quiet! Water view from front porch & Master Bedroom(only). Desert eternity! Bedding & towels for 6 people. If you bring cots, sleeping bags, kitchenware camping mats, etc, you can have more ppl.

This cozy cabin with million dollar views is a great place for families and couples to unplug and relax while sitting on the deck enjoying the panoramic view of the national forest, stars and city lights. You'll probably see a deer below the deck. We get lots of birds and squirrels at our feeder. Full kitchen, deck grill, comfortable sectional sofa, queen air mattress, 2 twin mattresses. We're approx 15 min from downtown Whiskey Row, Starbucks and Walmart. AC units in bedrooms and family room.

Walk in closets & full bathrooms in both bedrooms. lots of storage with a garage. Large kitchen, Dining room, Front room, and Laundry room. Heat and AC work great with a large sofa’s in the front room. Walking distance from everything. Cable TV with free WiFi.
