Quiet residential area to relax, work and wander around the city all at once. Private and fully equipped for your comfort, including car garage, this place is a well kept hidden gem! If you are a wanderer, we have local restaurants and coffee spots just a few steps away. I have put a lot of work and love to my apartment so I expect guests to appreciate and respect it as if it were their own, this includes my neighbors. NO parties, smoking, yelling or loud noises allowed, quiet time after 10pm.

With a short walk you can visit places like the Convention Center, Paseo Caribe, SJ Bay Marina, Restaurants, Bars, Sheraton Casino, La Playita and Laguna del Condado and more. Take an Uber and in ~6 min you can get to Old SJ and Cruise port or a ~12 min ride to the Airport.
