Sun Drenched Ground Floor Studio with Patio

Sit and watch the world go by from this spacious apartment. The serene suite features a soothing colour scheme, an open-plan living area, mid-century design touches, and an outdoor dining space. (Please note we take sanitizing extremely seriously and due to potential COVID-19. We use hospital grade disinfectant on all surfaces before any guests arrive we have our own professional cleaners to ensure a safe environment ) It's a sunny spacious studio (42m2 -450 fq ft) with a courtyard with views out across to the park. The unit has a washing machine as well as a full kitchen. Also has AC and heating. There is a Huge Smart TV, a BOSE sound dock and Nespresso Machine. It's light bright and in a fantastic location the whole space is rented solely to the tenant, Our office is down the street and I live about 5 minutes drive away if there are any problems. You will receive A light tidy and linen change if you stay over 7 days. we are available via phone and can assist as we have a contact who lives in another unit within the building and can assist with onsite questions. North Sydney is a wonderful part of the city. The apartment sits across from a large park and boasts access to restaurants, cafes, public transport, and a farmers market every second Sunday, all just moments from the apartment. The train station (north sydney) is 10 minutes walk but do note it is uphill, we suggest if you are not driving then the bus stop is only 2 minutes walk down the road. This luxury apartment is fully renovated. Full kitchen, washing machine, air con, wifi and your own patio. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs with views. The house to which the apartment is attached is on a quiet heritage street. Access to the apartment is via the rear garden of the house. 5 mins walk to North Sydney station, 4 mins to Victoria Cross metro, 4 mins to vibrant restaurants, bars, cafes. So sorry, not suitable for babies or children. A safe and luxurious place to stay.

Minutes from city, but in a total bushland peaceful setting, as well as 5 minutes walk to cafes, bars and restaurants of Cammeray Village. Our Quarrymans Cottage is tucked away in the bush, down a driveway behind other properties (then 10 steps) to the cottage - which is level. The cottage is part of our home. It is 100% renovated, but some work continues on our home. it wont impact you, but so you know. (although the driveway you'll see our materials storage.You walk straight passed that.)

Spectacular views of the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. This beautiful apartment has one of the best views in Sydney. Close to all public transport, ferries, trains and busses. A 2 min walk to wine bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Two bedrooms hosting queen size bed in bedroom one and a double bed . There is also a pull out single bed in the living area. The apartments has everything that you could ever need. There is a garage you can use if you have a car by prior agreement.

Comfortable apartment in the best location!! You will be right at the bottom of the Harbour Bridge, next to the Luna Park, beautiful parkland of the harbour, and right in the middle of the delightful Kirribilli village. Train stop just a jump away, and only one stop to the city! There's queen bed in the bedroom and two double sofa-beds in the living room. Secure parking spot included.
