The old stone house, completely renovated, is located in the center of the island of Ciovo , near the town Trogir. The ground floor has a kitchen with a living room, and upstairs is a room with a bathroom. In front of the house is a place for rest and barbecue. Nearby is a church, playground, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, pizzeria and coffee place. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has secured parking. The house is located on a large estate surrounded with olive trees. Far enough away from the neighbors it provides peace and quiet,about 70m away from the own beach and has spectacular seaview all day long.It is 1.5km away from Milna and the road is part tarmac part gravel road. The house have plenty of room,equipt with evrything you need (modern kitchen,new toilets,full size beds,air condition,bbq),clean and nice.The hot tub(yacuzi) placed next to the house brings you pleasure and relaxing.
