Little House in the Country

Get away to the country. Centrally located between College Staton, Temple, and Austin. Great place to stay on game weekends away from the crowds and traffic. Only 45 minutes from Kyle Field! Queen bed downstairs, two twin beds upstairs with plenty of room for air mattresses. Full kitchen, covered parking, washer/dryer, and Direct TV downstairs. Sorry but at this time no pets are allowed and no smoking inside the house. Host’s home is nearby, on property. Aggie owned and operated.

You can explore as much of the 30 acre property as you would like. There is a playground, fishing in a small pond, meet our cows and cats, hike wooded trails and garden areas. Starlight Cabin~Peaceful Countryside w/ Longhorns

The Starlight Cabin is the actual guest house for a working Longhorn cattle ranch. Although not a large acreage by Texas standards (48 acres,) this special location is perfect for those who wish to get out and away from the usual crowds. It is peaceful and isolated. This is a pet friendly property, and we do charge a $45 one time fee for pets (no exceptions). This fee covers 1 or 2 pets, and helps us keep this place available for guests with furry family members.
