My private basement suite in Toronto's tree-lined West End is perfect for solo or coupled travellers who plan to spend most time out sight-seeing or at work. It has been refreshed for re-opening in March 2024 with new carpet and a high-end luxury queen size sleeper sofa. There is a kitchenette to make coffee/toast with a small fridge for snacks. 3 min from subway. Ceiling 5'11. My twin daughters (12yrs) & I live upstairs. We do our best to be quiet as we get ready for school/work on weekdays.

We are a very welcoming family renting our beautiful large basement apartment, which includes one sofa full size bed for two people, a private bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. Close to all amenities such as groceries stores, malls, banks and main intersections like Lawrence, Eglinton, Keele and Jane Street in North York Toronto. Just five minutes drive to 401 and Weston Road and a ten minute walk to the UP-Express (airport train), Weston Go Station and bus stops just around corner.

A clean, private two bedroom apartment in the fully finished basement of our funky and well kept bungalow. A great backyard with a hot tub, several decks and a 3-season garden room to share- all great places for a morning coffee or late night drink.
