PLEASE NOTE : IN CASE THE CALENDAR IS FULLY BOOKED, THERE IS ANOTHER 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE, NEXT TO THIS ONE, ON THE SAME HOUSE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR (for more info please contact me) .Nel residence Geremeas Mare, vicino alla magnifica spiaggia di Geremeas, fra Cagliari e Villasimius, e a circa 35 km dall'aeroporto di Cagliari, il complesso si compone di edifici a tre piani e diversi corpi più piccoli distribuiti nella folta vegetazione mediterranea: appartamento semi indipendente al piano terra con giardino di 1000 mq circa composto da ingresso, salone con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, cucinotto completamente attrezzato, camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno con vasca, veranda con vista mare dove e' possibile anche mangiare all'aperto e si gode di una quiete e di un panorama davvero sensazionali. L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. Cute little beachfront villa

Waking up in front of the sea and being equidistant from Cagliari to Villasimius is the best way to start your day. The village of Marina delle Nereidi is surrounded by greenery and overlooks a small rocky beach with pristine depths. You can relax in its pine forest equipped with shaded benches and children's toys or end your day at the beach at the soccer field where you can organise a ball game in company. Bus stop 200 m away.

We are at the "First Stop" of the Poetto, the initial part of the beach over 10 km long, 20 steps from the sea, the yatch club and the marina. In front of us, the symbol of Cagliari, the hill called "saddle of the devil". P.S.
