Unser Haus wurde vor wenigen Jahren von einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus in ein Ferienhaus umgestaltet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail komplett neu renoviert. Umringt von Wiesen und Wäldern liegt es inmitten des Biosphärengebiets Schwäbische Alb. Es liegt in einzigartier Alleinlage und ist zur kompletten Alleinnutzung für unsere Gäste verfügbar. Auch Kinder und kleine Hunde sind gerne willkommen. Dem Alltag entfliehen, im Einklang mit der Natur sein - all das und mehr erleben sie bei uns.

Ruhebereich, neuwertige Ausstattung, komplette Renovierung 2001. Vermieter wohnen im Hauptgebäude eines komplett kernsanierten und renovierten ehemaligen Bauerngehöftes. Der ehemalige "Schweinestall" wurde zu Garage und Gartenhaus umgebaut. Im Obergeschoß befindet sich die Ferienwohnung. Fachwerk und die ursprüngliche Atmosphäre wurden erhalten.

Visit us with your family in our group vacation apartment. We have 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms ready for you. Here 9 people + 2 children can stay in a large double room. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing gratings. Furthermore, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms with one toilet each (one on the upper floor, one on the lower floor), one guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room with approx. 20 m2.

Our cottage has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa of Westerheim at 823m altitude. In the neighbor are commercial establishments, but they cause little noise. House is fully enclosed at a height of 150cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter with snow there is also a trail. For children, there is a swing with a climbing rod. Quiet apartment with its own entrance and parking space

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want to get more in the nature, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. A parking space is directly on the property. In the village, there is a bakery and a butcher. Other shopping possibilities are in about 6km.
