I'll welcome you into my home and the first thing we'll do is have our mate session! Sipping on mate is a tradition that is deeply rooted in Argentine culture and I'd love to teach you all about it. As you enjoy this wonderful ritual that's part of our daily life you'll also have some delicious tortafritas. Next, you'll be given an apron and off to wash our hands we'll go. During our hands-on experience, you'll learn how to make corn and meat empanadas; ensalada rusa, a salad that we always eat in our meetings and events; and chocotorta, a traditional dessert that is so good and easy to prepare! When our empanadas are ready, we'll enjoy this fantastic scrumptious dish with great wine, followed by our amazing chocotorta. You'll be absolutely delighted by the result of your hard work! From beginning to end, you'll be tasting Argentina's culture. Mate, tortafritas, empanadas, wine and chocotorta are part of our life. It's not what we eat in restaurants. It's what we eat (and cook) at home, with family and friends. That's why these flavours are intimately related to the moments that are most valuable to us, and I want to share that with you. We chose the wineries carefully to provide the best experience, we try to escape the wineries with a lot of marketing to be able to offer the best private experience. We are looking for wineries with the best human quality and a wide variety of wines to offer with the best quality. Each winery is different from the other so they don't stop surprising everywhere. We will have a lunch that includes drink, entrance, main course and dessert, all paired with different wines. After that, we will return to our beloved city. We will have a wonderful day full of learning, the places we will visit are really very well selected so that you have the best experience. Other things to note Everything is included in the price. We will hike in one of the most beautiful and breathtaking trails in Mendoza, to find a nice spot in nature and share a lunch with the best views of high mountains glaciers, local fauna and the lower valleys. The difficulty level its up to you (1 to 6 hours) Of course i will share with you some tips to help you to improve your adaptation to altitude and find a proper pace. The maximum group size is 3 people, almost like a private tour. We'll go to an area out of the grid, where normally there are no other humans around, to increase our chances to observe wildlife and enjoy sounds of nature. It is also possible to organize a hiking day in Aconcagua or Uco's Valley, let me know if this is what you are looking for.

I will pick you up at 7:30am from your accommodation. We will travel 2h to the South heading towards the Andes, up to where our experience takes place: Rosendo Pacheco's family ranch. This is in San Carlos, Valle de Uco region. You will learn how to saddle a horse and ride through the mountains for 1,30h, witnessing a remote, natural and wild landscape. We'll have time to stop for coffee and enjoy multiple views, take pictures and ask Rosendo any questions. If we are lucky to meet some cattle in the way you'll even get the chance to herd them down. Once we arrive in Los Toldos ranch, I will prepare a typical Argentinian barbecue -an 'Asado paired with local wine (veggie option on request). Around 4pm we will start the 1,30h ride back to meet the vehicle and return to the city. Other things to note: No previous experience in horse riding needed. After deciding the schedule of the activity, I will pick you up in my car ( if you are staying in the City area), and we’ll go to my house together. In my place you will get a firsthand knowledge of grilling different cuts of meat, learn to set the fire at the local way, to choose the meat, to prepare our traditional sauce “Chimichurri”, how to salt and cook this delicious meat and vegetables on the grill, taste different regional appetizers meanwhile the coals are ready to grill our “Asado”, and of course you will try excellent wines of Mendoza. All the experience is a hand on activity, so you are going to cook and grill, I will teach and guide you in the process. We are going to try and eat every dish that you prepare, with a good chat and a glass of Malbec in our hand. At the end of the activity, the return to your place, is by your own in taxi, uber or the transport of your choice.

Cabalgata en el atardecer, involucra una experiencia distinta, rodeado de naturaleza y animales. Prepara tu caballo; cabalga en el lejano oeste de argentina, y en la mitad del recorrido, será momento de ayudar al gaucho a buscar leña, hacer el fuego y aprender a realizar un asado rústico en el medio del campo con sólo un cuchillo y pan. La jornada termina luego de cuatro horas de cabalgata.

Visitará las típicas Dunas del Desierto que se encuentran en la Reserva Natural Altos Limpios, a 90 km de la ciudad de Mendoza. Posteriormente conoceremos la Reserva Natural del Bosque Teleteca. Nos dirigiremos al pueblo de raíces de los pueblos originarios, los huarpes, llamado "Asunción". Realizarás una caminata de 30 minutos, conociendo la flora y fauna típica de las tierras secas, con la explicación de Noelia. Si llegas el 17 y 18 de agosto habrá fiestas religiosas típicas, bailes y comidas tradicionales. Y durante el resto del año conoceremos las costumbres y la forma de organizar la ciudad. En el camino apreciaremos la flora y fauna nativa, así como la cultura e historia de los pueblos Huarpes que encierran. Allí conocerá las costumbres típicas y la principal actividad económica de subsistencia de los ganaderos, la crianza de cabras. Puedes probar todo lo que ofrecen, como Chivo a la llama y Empanadas. Esta mágica y llena de secretos es una experiencia de 12 horas reloj con 5 horas de paradas y 7 horas arriba del auto. Tendrás explicación personalizada mientras paseas por pueblos de Los Andes, Potrerillos, Uspallata, Penitentes (centro de Ski), Puente del Inca y Parque Aconcagua. Conocerás escondites con secretos a la vista del camino, donde podrás emocionarte al encontrar arte rupestre de los Incas en su paso por nuestra tierra, en petroglifos a metros de ti. Llegaremos al famoso Puente del Inca, Puente Natural de origen biomineral sobre el río Cuevas y está incluido en el sistema vial andino “Qhapac Ñan” –Camino del Inca- y por lo tanto integra un sitio declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco. Luego pararemos en el Parque Provincial Aconcagua, admirando el punto más alto de la Cordillera de Los Andes en América. Entre las 14 y las 15:30 almorzaremos 6 empanadas invitada por nosotros, y pueden probar lo que ofrece un restaurante de la zona si lo deseas asumir a tu cargo. Emprenderemos el regreso a la Ciudad contemplando el cambio de color del Río Mendoza al pasar por diferentes afluentes, vamos a apreciar las diferentes formaciones geológicas. Salimos 7 AM para aprovechar a conocer todos los sitios planeados y volver con horas del luz al centro de Mendoza, recorriendo 400 km aproximadamente. No hay experiencia más completa en Mendoza en un sólo día

Ya estás disfrutando el Valle de Uco! Recorreremos los mejores paisajes del Valle de Uco, por calles de hermosos bosques enmarcados por la Cordillera de los Andes. Te convidaremos Mate argentino para el camino, acompañados de unos panificados típicos tradicionales. Visitaremos dos bodegas, una de Vinos Biodinámicos en el Valle de Uco y otra de Vinos orgánicos. Podrás disfrutar de un gran almuerzo tradicional escuchando el agua de un río. Te aconsejamos reservar esta experiencia con tiempo, especialmente en temporada alta, donde las plazas escasean. No disponible en portugués, si en inglés Es una experiencia de varias horas.

Degusta y hace tu propio chocolate. Somos la tercera generación de chocolateros trabajando en una empresa familiar de 45 años de trayectoria. En esta experiencia vamos a guiar a nuestros huéspedes en una degustación de chocolates premium y vinos de bodegas mendocinas. La degustación será guiada personalmente por Carla (abogada y miembro de Cabaña) y Tomás (chocolatero) quienes llevan el chocolate en su sangre y buscan mantener la imagen de sus abuelos fundadores. Luego de la degustación podrás pasar a nuestra fábrica y crear tus propios chocolates para llevártelos a tu casa. La experiencia se desarrollará en el local de Avenida San Martín 1454 de la capital de Mendoza donde se encuentra la sucursal central y la fábrica de elaboración de chocolates a la vista de los clientes.
