Cozy home features warm lighting & paint colors and creative Northwoods decorating with a modern touch. Amenities include high speed internet, stainless appliances, coffee maker, front load washer and dryer, streaming services/Apple TV, 3 flat screen TV's, 2 fireplaces , central AC and a high efficiency furnace. The home is situated on 4 wooded acres (not lakefront) off a well maintained gravel road. Very private. No neighbors in sight. Wildlife is abundant. Dogs are OK w/approval & fee.

Riverwood Hideaway

This off-grid, solar powered hideaway is on the Knife River just a few miles outside of Two Harbors, Minnesota. The cabin itself is loaded with comfort. A full kitchen, propane refrigerator, solar powered lights and a gas fireplace/furnace offer the conveniences of home. There is an outhouse and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You will have to bring your own water for drinking, but we provide hand and dish washing water at the sink. We have coffee with pour over utensils, dishes, spices.

"Das Blockhaus" - cozy, authentic German log cabin

Studio sized log cabin with direct access to Hayward Lake and located just 3.5 miles from the Hatchery Creek Trailhead (Birkie Trail and CAMBA mountain bike trail access at this trailhead). Or you could go hang out at the city beach just half a mile away or launch your boat at the public launch (same place). Also just a short walk to downtown for great coffee, food and drink. Peaceful country setting with privacy and access to river. Located just 11 miles from shopping and dining and in the midst of prime hunting and fishing locations. Also near ATV and snowmobile trails for our outdoors lovers! NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY OR IN HOUSE! CLEAN UP AFTER PETS OUTSIDE! Please be respectful of the rental and clean up after yourself before check out. Garbage bags can be placed outside of the door or placed in the garbage bin in shed next to house.
