Welcome to the southern Ardeche, to this house, its wooded, private and enclosed land and especially its private salt pool. Everything and present to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing, landscape and boules games. The house is the enclosed land are independent, the owners have the same entrance gate on the grounds with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the mountain views with St. Sebastian's Chapel. This year we set up a dome.

Very recent villa. Rated 5 stars. 4 ears. Cleaning included, linens and towels. Very well equipped. All air conditioned. Heated pool from April to October. Exceptional hot tub in wellness room with dry and wet sauna, Italian shower. Norwegian bath. Large living room, two large flooring bays open to the exotic wooden deck. We enjoy the landscape, calm and walks Clear and beautiful view of the Ardèche Gorges.

This small stone house sits at the end of a small, green garden all the way down. The house is very pleasant, quiet, sheltered from the sun, it's good even in summer. The living room overlooks the garden. A steep staircase leads to a spacious bedroom. The house has character with antique wooden furniture. A large table and a plancha allow you to taste grilled meats and vegetables under the olive trees.
