We live in rural, Appalachian Ohio on 20 acres. We have fields, woods and a pond for exploring. Our place is about 15 minutes from town; shopping, grocery and restaurants. We are 20-30 minutes from the Hocking Hills State Parks, canoeing, hiking, etc. The one-bedroom apartment in the basement of our house can host up to 4 people and features a walkout with a hot tub and a porch swing. It is part of a metal pole barn This is a perfect place to relax for a few days and spend some. time fishing in a private, stocked pond (catch and release) while enjoying the woods frequented by wildlife. The house is a historic Sears kit house built in 1939 and recently extensively remodeled. We have a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for for your use only.

Great for family vacations and visitors, we have everything ready, just enjoy your time in Marietta. In a 5-minute drive, you can get to Lookout Point, where you can have an amazing panoramic view of Marietta, Lookout Park has a basketball and tennis court, and also a playground for kids. All bedrooms are with queen-sized beds.
