Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

The beautiful design wooden house in Märkische Schweiz (50km from Berlin) is located in the small artist village of Ihlow, and offers a beautiful view of fields and forests on 65m2 of living space with a large window front and 35 m2 of covered terrace area. There is a large living, dining and cooking area with a wood stove, as well as two bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with sofa bed for 1 person) and a bathroom. For 2 adults plus extra bed.

The Little Farm

A Hide Away in the countryside! A small but nice trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The car stands on a farm on the outskirts of the village on a 1.3h property. The Uckersee is about 500 m away (road longer!) , Prenzlau just under 2 km. In the main house there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect for escaping the city's stress!

The cottage is located in the forest, lined with a spruce and a fir tree. The decor is simple. There is a small area for cooking - gas stove, fridge and kitchen utensils are there. A small bathroom with shower is located right next to the entrance. In the living area there is a sofa that is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. The stairs lead to the sleeping loft.
