Unwind in this quiet and modern townhouse in the Golfresidenz Grömitz. The beaches and promenade of Grömitz are only about a 12-minute walk away. Use of the indoor pool (12m x 8m) is free of charge, use of the (simple) sauna for a small fee possible (outbuilding, 1 min. walk). The house has a spacious living and dining area, 2 bedrooms, as well as a terrace over corner with south and east orientation. Bed linen/towels provided for a fee on request.

Due to its location on the Dummersdorfer Ufer nature reserve, you are in a fantastic environment away from the hustle and bustle.

Our holiday home has about 110 m2 of living space and will be 100 years old this year. It is located in a quiet residential area of Stralsund, yet it is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the historic old town. If you don't mind that a hallway of the wooden floor creaks, or a cable has been put away over the years, you are welcome to get to know and enjoy Stralsund, Rügen and the surrounding area.
