beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! You can hardly stay even closer to the Baltic Sea! Our cottage BOAT house is located directly on the natural beach with great views over the Baltic Sea. From the south terrace in front of the house, you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room all each with double bed, the cottage comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus HWR with WM and dryer can be found on the ground floor.

On a second property (directly on the lake), which you can reach in a short way, you will find a dock and rowing boat available to you from May 1st to October 15th. Unwind in this quiet and modern townhouse in the Golfresidenz Grömitz. The beaches and promenade of Grömitz are only about a 12-minute walk away. Use of the indoor pool (12m x 8m) is free of charge, use of the (simple) sauna for a small fee possible (outbuilding, 1 min. walk). The house has a spacious living and dining area, 2 bedrooms, as well as a terrace over corner with south and east orientation. Bed linen/towels provided for a fee on request.

Directly on the beach - peace and comfort on 200 m²

The property is separated from Lake Plauer only by a low-traffic side street. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. In front of the house is a swimming meadow with seasonal gastronomy. In a few minutes you can reach two restaurants, a kiosk, the marina with motorboat rental and the ferry dock. A parking space for two vehicles is right by the house. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The house is fully renovated in February 2019.

Here directly at Petrikirche, where the city of Rostock was founded more than 750 years ago, we lived together with our children for more than 20 years. Now our children are adults and have started their own families. We, Denise and Peter have decided to start a new project and want to share our beautiful house with you during this time.
