Welcome to our beautiful 2 story executive apartment located in uptown Fredericton. We are located on a quiet street, and just a couple of kilometers away from the highway, Tim Hortons, and a gas station. Downtown is only minutes away, and the shopping mall is only a 5 minute drive. We are also close to many hiking trails and skiing trails for the outdoor lover. This newly built apartment is open concept, has granite counters, 1.5 bath, and laundry. The living room and bedrooms bask in the sun!

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Soak in the 2 person hot tub, enjoy the infrared sauna in the primary bedroom, curl up with a movie or book, enjoy our always growing board game selection, or roast marshmallows around the fire. In the summer enjoy the 18 ft by 52 inch deep pool. We live above and are available if needed but like to give guests complete privacy.
