Our 55m² basement apartment is located in the extension of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, directly at the foot of the Drachenfels and just a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you look at the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant quality of life and living. Here one feels comfortable and comes to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether passing through, for a few days of rest or a business meeting - we are looking forward to seeing you!

Our tiny house was completely renovated in 2021. On the lower floor there is a small counter with a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and a hob. Also a bar table and a seating area. A spacious bathroom. There is a box spring bed on the upper floor. From here you have direct access to the private balcony, where there is a comfortable seating area.
