Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Under-floor heating Air-conditioning Easy walk to both Bronte & Clovelly beach as well as fantastic cafes, restaurants and public transport.

Spacious inner west flat with roof top garden

We have renovated this old shop top unit in Marrickville to create a spacious and light filled apartment. The rooms are very large with lots of original features. The bedroom is located behind the living room so it is nice and quiet . It has an amazing king size bed and an enormous built in robe.The living room has a very large three seater lounge plus chaise which makes for very comfy sleeping ! Also a large dining table /workspace and big TV. The queen size wall bed can be used for 3+bookings

It sits on the bottom floor of a Victorian Era terrace that has been converted into two apartments. Car space included! A few minutes walk to Enmore Rd, you'll find plenty of great bars and restaurants. The iconic Enmore Theatre is 6 minute walk away. 10 minute walk to Stanmore Station. 16 minutes to Newtown Station. 4 minutes to bus stops that take you to the CBD.
