Urban center with plenty of leisure and fun options ideal for couples or families, leisure activities all year round, public transport, the airport is in Girona at 20 min. Park with lake in front of the house. You'll love my place because of the location:nice exteriors, garden, chill-out loungers...ideal relaxation and leisure. A different place.

60m2 apartment close to the sea with free wifi. It has 2 bedrooms and a 7m2 balcony. The building and elevator were fully restored at the end of 2022. reversible air conditioning installed in 2022. Parking place reserved for the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment. Ideal family . since the health crisis the sleeping set is no longer provided . you must take your sheets duvet covers and towels .

The apartment has a lot of light as it is located in front of the sea , with a terrace overlooking Palamos and the port of Platja d'Aro, Excellent location for a relaxing holiday.
