Tiny house in two floors

Our accommodation is located in the center of Schwerte. Within walking distance you reach the train station in 5 minutes and the Ruhr in 10 minutes. Cafes, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance within a few minutes. Also the Rohrmeisterei is only a stone's throw away from us. Our garden and our route can be used with pleasure. If you are traveling by bike, you can safely store it in our yard. Access to your space is self-sufficient.

Directly on the river 3.5 room large, by the German Tourism Association classified 4-star, non-smoking holiday apartment in a rustic old half-timbered house. It is important to us that you can spend a nice, relaxing time here and unwind. The entrance to the Sauerland forest route is just around the corner and many nearby points of interest (Recken Cave, Balver Cave, Luisenhütte.) Lake Sorpesee is a few minutes drive. Cheerful half-timbered house on the edge of the forest

Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. Car is required as there is no connection with public transport. Wiehl center about 3 km away with various shopping facilities, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is done with radiators connected to our green heat pump. In winter, a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. Modern internet connection, TV via satellite system. Water bubbler provided.

Kreuzberg, the small Kirchdorf at the dams in the middle of the Bergisches Land/ Nordrhein-Westphalia. Hiking, cycling, many excursion destinations, as well as swimming pool lockers and outdoor swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop outside the door, grocery store and organic shop within walking distance. Separate terrace with Weber grill and electric Awning is part of it. A dog is very welcome.

here you can stay in a small detached cottage with 1000 sqm of fenced property and distant views over the Upper Bergisches Land. The cottage is vintage furnished ,has a wood-burning stove in addition to the electric heating. There is a newly built kitchen in May 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, coffee machine and everything else you could need, outside sunset, sunset on the terrace

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round.
