Small and colorful

The Vierseitenhof from 1890 still serves as a farm property. Only the street-side residential building is used for living. Our upstairs guest apartments are now supposed to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great grandparents.

The 50 square meter studio is well-equipped and is divided into a hallway, bathroom and a very spacious living, sleeping and kitchen area. The location is central but still very quiet, overlooking the large courtyard. Highlight of the apartment is the large and inviting terrace to relax. To discover Berlin, you can walk to one of Berlin's most famous nightlife districts (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) and quickly by U-Bahn and S-Bahn to all other Berlin sights.

"Fährblick" holiday home

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water. In addition to our now fully renovated single-family house, our cottage located directly on the waterfront is also located on the property, which we have now also partially renovated. The adjacent loft (45 sqm) can be rented. There can accommodate 3 more people.

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible.
