Idyllic, charming farmhouse/holiday home with direct access to private sandy beach and the Baltic sea from the backyard, with its own staircase to the beach. Large beautiful garden with playhouse, trampoline and play tower. Located in rural surroundings in protected area. Residential approx. 160 m3, large living room, large functional kitchen with dining area for 6-8 people. 4 bedrooms with room for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. Smaller but functional bathroom with shower. Large utility room. Absolutely no parties, no animals and no smoking indoors.

Named Denmark's Lovely Summerhouse 2014

The beautiful Faxe bay and Noret just outside the house set the framework for an absolutely wonderful place. The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceilings, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for families with 2-3 children. All year round you can bathe in the "Swedish hole" ml. Roneklint and the small island Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

Charming townhouse close to water

The small charming townhouse is centrally located in Nysted city, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooking Ålholm Castle. The house is in walking distance to cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is up for walking or biking. At the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small boat harbor, ice cream houses and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

Idyllic farmhouse by the forest and beach

Right by the seaside town of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house that used to belong to the estate of Knuthenborg. Here you can relax with your family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest where wild boar lives. The house, built in 1776, exudes old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern facilities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). If you need quiet days a soulful place, then the Farmhouse in Bandholm is the place.

Lovely cottage close to good beach with jetty. No cars around cottages (unloading though allowed). Free parking space 50 meters away. 2 charging points 100 meters from the parking lot. Direct charge 8-22 and overnight load! Surf, paddle, bike, and walk/run in lovely nature. Bring bikes. Nysted city/harbor with sea bath in walking distance with good commercial opportunities as well as restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen . 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Relax with the whole family in this serene space.

Slap af i et helt unikt, veludstyret og handicapvenligt sommerhus med højt til loftet, usædvanlige vinkler og rum med fantastisk lysindfald fra alle verdenshjørner. Nyd roen, den fantastiske natur og havets lyde helt tæt på. Udforsk den store terrasse med masser af hyggekroge, blomstertagene, de besøgende rådyr og den direkte adgang til sandstrand 100 m fra huset. Summer cottage in walking distance from the beach... 3 bedrooms, 6 beds, nice garden with trampoline for the kids and a hammock for the grown-ups... ☀️🌳🌊 The house is close to one of the best beaches in Denmark (walking distance) as well as in walking distance to Bøtø forest where you can experience wild horses in a beautiful surrounding. In walking distance is also a minor shop, where you can get breakfast, ice-cream etc. In Marielyst you have several grocery stores and restaurants. Enjoy!

The guesthouse is located in a peaceful and scenic area surrounded by fields, apple orchard and with a view to Præstø Fjord. Private entrance and private south facing terrace. Cozy log house with loft for kip and warm atmosphere. New functional kitchen with dishwasher. New bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Living room with large double bed and sofa. 1 km to beach and forest. Beautiful walks in the nature area right outside the door. The host couple has 2 friendly dogs on the property.

Beautiful view of Stege Bay

Cottage with 10 meters to the water and fantastic panoramic views of Stege Bay towards Lindholm, Møn and Stege. From the house there is 200 meters to public bathing jetty and cozy Kalvehave Harbour with yachts and summer atmosphere. Enjoy quiet mornings with sunrise over the water and lovely barbecue evenings on the large wooden terrace. The house is perfectly located for plenty of excursions nearby, for example. Møns Klint, the unique village of Nyord, cozy Stege or BonBon land.
