Single floor residence has heated pool, high ceilings and sliding doors leading to a pool area which is entirely screened in . Walk to many bars, restaurants and Movie theater, mini golf and more. It's the perfect place to lounge and enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinner. The spacious living room has a large flat screen TV and DVR. There are 4 additional Flatscreen TV's in the house (5 in total). 10 minute walk to beach and pubs and restaurants as well as Marco's Movie Theatre.

This building is located right in front the Marco Island Beach Access Point! This condo is very close to the JW Marriot, providing a convenient alternative. The condo has a pool - available all year -, tennis court, BBQ and laundry on each floor. All the common areas are fully available for your use and in excellent condition. And of course, you have a reserved parking space for your vehicle. This is an exceptional place to rest and enjoy with your family.
