PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. The guest house is located at the rear of the property. Your access onto the property is via California Court, (alley) which runs between California Ave. and Milwood Ave. The entrance is secured with safe and easy to use electronic locks. For security, each guest has their own specific access code. Guests have a landscaped patio area right outside the guest house entrance where you can relax in privacy. Just steps to Abbot Kinney Boulevard. Bike or walk, (bikes provided) to the beach and along the boardwalk to Marina Del Rey and Santa Monica. You certainly won't be needing a car if you're only planning to visit Venice. My guest house is literally a one minute walk to Abbot Kinney Blvd. and a ten minute walk to the beach. Walking and biking are your best modes of transport and will give you the opportunity to see more of what Venice has to offer. If you plan on venturing out of Venice there are several transportation options: No designated parking. Street parking only. Please be aware street cleaning is on alternate sides of street Wednesday and Thursday from 9am -11am. Please check street signs before parking. There is a large overly friendly Newfoundland dog lounging around the property. His name is Luke and he's usually napping and sometimes looking for someone to pet him. He’s super friendly and completely passive. You can't beat this location! Beautiful Sherman Oaks, Charming Studio Apartment

Please take a moment to read all of our listing information. We cannot accommodate 3 adults. The main bed is a queen, the second is a twin day bed, accommodating 2 adults & 1 child/teen or 1 adult and 2 child/teen, or 2 adults and 2 child/teen, but only two beds. Pack/Play travel crib available upon request. 1pm - 6pm check in. Meticulously cleaned and filled with amenities! Great location. Walking distance to eateries, bank, drug store, grocery. Universal is 7.5 miles away. Host is onsite.

Large airy studio space with bedroom and living area divided by an archway and big picture windows with stained glass above. Separate private bath with dressing room, coffee, tea and breakfast station, fridge. Comfortable queen sized bed with pillow top mattress and dining table and work desk. Our Venice loft space is on the beach block 80 yards from the boardwalk, five minutes walk from Abbot Kinney Blvd, restaurants and shops. Peaceful, private and very clean! 500 sq. ft. studio has everything! A tranquil patio and even a BBQ. In a great location for visiting or working in LA. Just off La Brea Ave. with boutiques, cafes, art galleries, exercise studios and markets! It is a 10 min. drive to Museum Row, the Grove, Fairfax Ave. Cedars-Sinai Hospital. Twenty minutes by car you are at the beach, downtown, Universal Studios, Walk of Fame and so much more! Buses on every main corner too.
