Private 4 room suite - incl bfast in Heritage home

Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The self contained guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, and private bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

Valley view cottage

We have a 2 bedroom (second bedroom is very small) separate granny flat our garden. It has a loungroom, kitchen (hot plates, small bench oven) with pans, utensils etc, small fridge, a bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet and balcony overlooking native bush. The local train station gets you into the CBD in about 25 minutes (to Central station) or 35minutes ( to Circular Quay) and goes via both domestic and international airports. There are a couple of buses that go into the CBD.

Opening onto extensive gardens with beach access from garden gate. All essentials: En-suite, kitchenette including microwave, toaster, coffee machine & jug. Adjacent undercover BBQ & gas ring. Organics products & fresh fruits included with breakfast. Please advise if gluten or lactose free. NB: Adult's only retreat, no children or pets.

Parthenia Studio

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

Mosman retreat close to harbour

Take a ferry ride with a cup of coffee to the city, listen to the lions roar in the zoo with a French glass of wine in the garden are just few of the lovely activities while staying at our BnB. Staying in a historic home with modern finishes and comfortable provincial styling is the perfect base to explore the city of Sydney and return to a quiet retreat at night. Your French-Australian host will do their best to make sure your stay is comfortable and you will want to return.

Marcelo’s Cafe airbnb

Situated off Bondi Road this space is close to everything Bondi. The apartment is attached to our cafe. There is a seperate entrance and offers a great base to come and go as you please. Be aware the apartment is located at the rear of the cafe. Some residue noise from the cafe can be heard. We totally encourage you to come inside the cafe to say hi and grab a coffee. The apartment will give you the old Bondi experience. Bondi is grungy, but the people are glamorous.

Garden Studio in Ashfield

Hello from the hosts of the Garden Studio! If the dates you need accommodation for show as unavailable, send us an inquiry anyway as we may be able to host you. The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.
