Luxury 1400 square foot apartment. All appliances including washer & dryer. Fast Internet and cable TV. Close to hotels, groceries, and Schells Brewery within walking distance. Paved Bike trail across the street. The Suite is perfect for working people coming to New Ulm needing a very comfortable place to stay short term or longer. It's also great for a weekend getaway. We are at times flexible with the number of guests. If more than 3, prior approval is requested. 2nd bed is a futon in a sm rm.

A private entry is in the REAR with two parking spaces off the garage. The front is the entry to an apt rented to a single person for the last four years ( formally the 5 star Air B&B called The Blue Door. The Flashhouse is the entire first floor with two baths, a family-size kitchen, a dining room, laundry room, wood floors, 12-foot ceilings. It's located on the East- side neighborhood of Northfield, with six blocks to Carleton College and 1.8 miles to St Olaf College.
