Apartment located in one of the most charming areas of the city just 20 meters from the Roman Bridge, 200 meters from Casa Lis in the heart of the historic center but surrounded by green areas. The apartment is renovated in May 2017 , it is located in the ground floor of the building and is distributed over two floors, on the main floor there is the living room/kitchen and the bathroom, and on the lower floor (semi-hot) ,which has old walls integrated into the house, two double bedrooms.

Penthouse located on the banks of the Tormes River, next to the Roman Bridge and cathedrals. It is the former headquarters of an independent publishing house. It's truly central, but far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The views offered by its three terraces are unbeatable: the authentic Salamanca postcard.
