The house is a modern architecturally-designed retreat with 3 bedrms (sleeps 6), 3 bathrms, kitchen, scullery & large garden with mature trees. A suntrap all year round, great for lounging around, the fire, wetback & solar heating will keep you cosy in winter. No parties, smoking and guests. Late checkout poss some times.

A quiet, cosy, two bedroom, centrally heated unit. Enjoy the large geothermal hot pool. A full sized pool table, smart tv, wifi. A small kitchenette to prepare light meals and snacks, plus a small, private cottage garden to enjoy native birds and trees. Taupo is 50 minutes drive from our home. We are in easy reach of some of NZ's' most stunning hikes. An Easy 35 minutes to Whakapapa ski field and the Tongariro Crossing, plus local river walks. local supermarket and eateries 10 mins.
