A quiet, cosy, two bedroom, centrally heated apartment. Enjoy the large geothermal hot pool. A full sized pool table, smart tv, wifi. A small kitchenette to prepare light meals and snacks, plus a small, private cottage garden to enjoy native birds and trees. Our home is in reach of some of NZs' most spectacular nature reserves. An Easy 35 minutes to Whakapapa ski field, Tongariro Crossing, plus river walks just ten minutes away. For guests and us, quiet time is 10pm we are not a party home

Close to Taupo and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful lakeside village of Kinloch. Have a drink on the deck or a relaxing soak in the Spa Pool. Close to bike trails, walking tracks and golf courses, with parking for a trailer (please discuss with us before arrival) Unfortunately at this time we don't accept children or infants. Peaceful sanctuary in a park-like setting, just minutes from several great beaches & the Otaki Gorge/River. Equipped with a HotSpring spa, this is the perfect place to unwind. The house is a modern architecturally-designed retreat with 3 bedrms (sleeps 6), 3 bathrms, kitchen, scullery & large garden with mature trees. A suntrap all year round, great for lounging around, the fire, wetback & solar heating will keep you cosy in winter. No parties, smoking and guests. Late checkout poss some times.
