Recently renovated old fisherman's house next to the beach in the trendy area of El Cabanyal. You can have the perfect trip with your family or friends at the beach and the city by staying in the same place. This two-storey house with two terraces is just a five-minute walk from the city's great beach. At the same time, the connection to the city center by public transport is excellent: both buses and trams run close by. The connection to the airport is very good.
