Cozy penthouse near the water!

A central yet peaceful location, with large windows and lovely views in three different directions offering plenty of natural light. The apartment has been recently renovated with high standard fixtures. The bathroom is stylish and also has a washing machine. One large queen bed plus a bunk bed means enough space for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. A 5 minute walk to the subway and a 2 minute walk to the water where you can go swimming. Its in the middle of the city yet also in the nature!

Only 15 to 20 min walk to down town shopping area Stureplan and another 20 min walk takes you to the Old town. Lots of transportation around the corner. Very nice apartment in designer house from January 2024 built with high quality materials. Two bedrooms with lots of closets, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. Generous double bed in first bedroom and two single beds in second bedroom. Sofabed in living room. Close to beach and Stockholm city. Five minutes walk to beach and play ground. 10 minutes walk to public transportation. You get code to lock to apartment. No keys needed. High speed wifi.
