Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, clinics Schmieder 5 min, Konstanz by car or train 15 min. 35m² space for you alone, private bathroom, tea pantry with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New building in 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You were friendly and inspiring. Captain ´s Suite

Nach einem Jahr Pause ist unsere Ferienwohnung ab Juni 2023 wieder buchbar. Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten.

Between harbor and beach

Welcome! Lovingly decorated, cozy 2-room apartment in a beautiful and idyllic location on the lake between the harbor and Strandbad in Wallhausen, with lots of charm and leisure activities. The apartment was equipped in 2020 with a new bathroom and a new kitchen, has a separate access with a covered terrace and a parking space directly at the apartment. Beautiful apartment 1 in new wooden house 100m to the lake

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the terrace and then spend the day in the beach 2min away.
