Delightful family Basque villa in the heart of nature, very sunny at the foot of the mountains. Very nice unobstructed view, quiet in a property with a forest. 5 minutes from the beaches, golf, Rhune train,Ibardin bentas, all amenities. Very easy to access. Outside of nature and yet so close to the center: a luxury! It benefits from fiber which allows remote working if necessary.

Maison avec jardin de 400 m2 et grande terrasse bien exposée dans une impasse très calme. Jacuzzi 6 personnes (seulement d’avril à octobre). Charming two-roomed cottage with a garden certainly with a holiday air. You have the electric trambus line next to the accommodation which will take you in less than 10 minutes to the heart of Biarritz and in 20 minutes to Bayonne without car parking problems for your car.
