DUE TO LOCAL REGULATIONS TURISTS MUST PAY 2 EUROS PER DAY FOR THE FIRST 7DAYS OF THEIR STAYS. This amazing 3 bedroom apartment is right by the sea and has breathtaking views. It's 15 minutes away (bus) from the historical centre and has two malls right next to it, one is 1 minute away and the other (Forum Madeira) is just 5 mins away.

An elegant two bedroom self -catering apartment is situated in Lido area the prime location in town. A very busy area too! It has 2 private balconies with sea view. There is a parking place available in the garage buildng. WARNING Since October 1st, a tourist tax of €2/day/person must be charged for a maximum of seven days . The corresponding amount must be paid in cash on the day of check-in. This amount will then be transferred to the Funchal City Council by the host.
